Memory of a special person that you love or have sadly lost.

A. Standard H.M.B.
: Shirt, T-shirt, Hoodie shirt, Jeans, Jacket, Pajamas, Uniforms, Costume.
Memory Bears are approximately 14 inches tall (Standing position).
B. Sweater H.M.B.
Memory Bears are approximately 17 inches tall (Standing position)
C. Large H.M.B.
Memory Bears are approximately 19 inches tall (Standing Position)
D. Furs H.M.B.
: Fur jacket, coat, shawls, Mink coat, etc.
-12 inches tall Unjointed body Bear.
-13 inches tall full jointed body Bear.
-20 inches tall unjointed body bear
Clothing required
-1 or 2-3 items of adult clothing (Jumper, polo shirt, t-shirt, hoodie, jeans, etc.)
-2-3 items of children’s clothing
-3-4 items large baby clothes (18-24 months, jersey, cotton clothing, etc.)
-Most knitted items can be used but this may alter the size of the bear due to the
Material.
-Clothes must be clean and in good condition.
Turn around time
Standard Turn Around
Once your clothes have been received it will take approximately 5-14 days to complete
Each Memory Bear. If you require your order before a specific date, please let us know
in
Advance & we will try our hardest to achieve this.
(Please be aware turn around times are from receipt of clothing not from date of order.
As every Memory Bear is totally unique, these times are subject to change, express
price

Returns Policy
We cannot accept returns as this is truly a bespoke item.
Please note that there may be size variations, due to the very different natures of the
Fabrics we receive, the final item may differ slightly from the examples shown.
Please be aware of this before ordering.
Please be aware that Happy Memory Bears are keepsake not toys,
And are not intended to be played with.
If you have any special requests or instructions these can be added at the order
form.

Ordering Happy Memory Bear
We have tried to make the whole process of ordering your Memory Bear as easy as possible.
Step 1.
Firstly, choose your cherished clothing or sentimental material you would like
us to create your Memory Bear Keepsake. Don’t worry, take your time!
We know sometimes this can be a very difficult process, any questions before
Ordering, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Step 2.
Next simply download the order form, selecting your Memory Bear style, size
, and proceed safely. And please contact me before send clothes and the deposit.
I will let you know mailing address or dropping off address in person.
Please send the deposit by E-transfer.

Step 3.
Please send the material by Canada Post with Tracking number. And let me know about Shipping information.
Step 4.
When your clothing is received, I will then design & create your unique Happy Memory Bear By hand from our specially crafted patterns.
If there are any special instructions, we may contact you just to make sure we are
Both 100% on the same page.
I will also let you know my processing of bear.
Step 5.
Once completed your Memory bear will be wrapped and posted back to you using
Canada Post tracked & recorded delivery after received all payment and shipping cost.
We know how precious your Memory Bears are so we will also email you your unique tracking number so at every step you can track your parcel.
